Stephen McKethan

Stephen is originally from Waco, Texas. After receiving his B.B.A. in Accounting with honors from Texas Tech University, he returned to Waco and received his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law. While at Baylor, he participated in moot court and was awarded Best First-Year Brief and Best Brief in the Dawson and Sodd, PC, Moot Court Competition.
 
Stephen began his legal career in Stephenville and eventually joined local attorney Bethany Espinoza to form McKethan Espinoza PLLC. His practice is primarily focused on entity formation, business contracts, and litigation, estate planning, guardianships, probate, and real estate.
 
Stephen enjoys being active in the community by volunteering with Erath County Habitat for Humanity, playing sports, and spending time with his family.
